Project symbolically open!

The event took place on 30 March 2022 and was linked to a press briefing on which local media were invited. The meeting was chaired by the Mayor of Jaroslav, Mr. Waldemar Paluch, who informed the audience about the project details, its planned value and the amount of funding received, the scope of the work and its progress as well as about the planned effects and results.
The Mayor also stressed the contribution of EEA funds (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) to creating a green, competitive and socially inclusive Europe. The aim of the funds is to reduce economic and social inequalities in Europe and to strengthen bilateral relations between donor countries and the 15 EU countries from Central Europe, South Europe and the Baltic Sea area.
The Mayor’s statements were illustrated by means of a boards, and all participants received leaflets containing details of the project.
The meeting was attended by teachers and school pupils together with the Director of the Public School No. 11, Ewa Leniar, representatives of the Jarosław City Council, Head of Strategy and Fund Raising Bureau, Edyta Pytko and representatives of the local press.
