State of implementation
17 April 2023 – a public procurement procedure for construction works at Primary School No. 11 was announced.
16 December 2022 – complete construction documentation for thermomodernization of the building of Primary School No. 11 in Jarosław, i.e. construction and executive design along with the building permit decision, updates of the energy audit and energy efficiency audit, construction and installation inventory, land development project, investor cost estimates and tender documents, as well as the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works.
1 September 2022 – contracts were signed for conducting educational classes for students of grades 1-4 of primary schools as part of the project. Classes will be held throughout the 2022/2023 school year for 32 groups of students, with 38 teaching hours per group.
9 May 2022 – an agreement was signed for the preparation of tehcnical documentation, technical specifications, execution and acceptance of construction works, bill of quantities, investor’s cost estimate and author’s supervision as part of the investment task with Solarsystem s c. Łapa M., Olesek W., Skorut -Nawara E. ul. Słowackiego 42, 32-400 Myślenice.
1 March 2022 – publication of a public procurement procedure for the execution of design documentation, technical specifications, execution and receipt of construction works, bill of quantities, costs estimates and authorship supervision in the investment task, named: “Thermal upgrade of the building of Adam Mickiewicz Primary School No. 11 with integration units in Jarosław.”
22 December 2021 – Signature of the agreement on the project “Thermal upgrade of the building of Adam Mickiewicz Primary School No. 11 with integration units in Jarosław” co-financed by the EEA financial mechanism 2014-2021 under the program: “Environment, Energy and climate Changes,” program area: “Energy” between the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Warsaw and Jarosław Municipal Commune. The subject matter of the agreement is to provide funding for the implementation of the Project and to regulate the reciprocal rights and obligations of the parties to the Agreement, in particular as regards the conditions for support, reporting, control, audit and Project management, including financial management, as well as information and promotion.
